Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed by hand and leave our Auckland studio within 3–5 business days. New Zealand delivery takes 2–5 business days after that; international orders usually 7–21. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as yours ships.
Can I return something?
Yes — unworn pieces with their tags can be returned within 30 days. See Shipping & returns for how.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to many countries. Choose your region at the top of the page to see prices, delivery costs and duties in your currency.
How do gift cards work?
Gift cards are emailed on the day you choose and can be spent on anything in the shop. Buy a gift card or check a balance.
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. With an account you can see your orders, save addresses and keep a wishlist.
